The apartment does not have a reception desk so there is no one there to welcome you when you arrive.  Please ensure you have your "Arrival Information" which will have been emailed to you, 5 days before arrival.

Stairs in all apartments so might not be suitable for non-ambulant people. 

Due to its vibrant location, there is some street noise, which can be heard inside the apartment, particularly to be expected late at night.    

Cleaning throughout your stay:

i. a full clean and towel change when guests stay (7 nights)

ii. a full clean and towel and bed linen change (more than 7 nights)

iii. less than 7 nights no linen or towel change.

London has an excellent, interconnected transport system made up of buses, trains and the Underground tube network.
